The varsity football scrimmage last Friday gave the mustangs a chance to show what they could do.The mustangs moved the ball well and produced one touchdown. The defense also performed well and were able to overcome a few mismatches. Over all a great start.

Sam Thomas and Kyle Kelly are returning seniors and should be play makers this year.

Lower class men, Austin Klinghagen and Caden Welch will also bring some need help to the team.

It should be a great season, don’t miss a game.

The Parent Athletic Meeting will be August 20, 2009. We will discuss the new year in sports and Coach Causey will walk us through the website.

Plan to Attend

Football practice starts August 10, 2009 at 3:00 PM.   Wear your practice uniform, cleats or tennis shoes, and bring a sports drink.
