Folders
Every Friday morning students will pick up their sports
folder in the Field House. Students will give the folder to
each of their teachers. Each teacher will give the student a
check or a minus.
Teachers will determine the following areas when giving the
mark: attendance, punctuality, attitude, missing assignments,
behavior, assigned lunch and after school mandatory, and
classroom grade.
- Exemptions – Junior Retreat,
Senior Trip, and Thanksgiving.
When there is no school on Friday, we will issue the folders
on Thursday.
Students will then turn in their folder at the end of the
day on Friday. Folders are turned in outside the Athletic
Directors office into the box of the sport in which they are
currently participating.
Students with 2 or more minuses or
blanks will be ineligible for competition the
following week. They will attend all practices. They will
attend home games, in uniform, and sit on the bench with the
team. They will not attend out of town games.
Students who fail to turn in their folder on
Friday, must turn in their folder to the Athletic
Director before first period on Monday. If they have fewer than
2 minuses or blanks, they will be eligible to participate in
the week’s activities.
Those in team sports will have reduced playing time. Those
participating in individual sports will have a consequence
assigned by the coach. Students turning their folder after 1st
Period begins on Monday, will be ineligible for
competition.
Students who are absent on Friday, must
pick up their folder the next school day they are present and
turn it in by the end of the day.
Students who arrive late to school on Friday, must pick up
their folder in the Field House and turn it in completed by the
end of the day.
Students who
leave early on Friday must turn in their completed folder
before they leave school.
